Real Estate Venture Finance

Helping talented mid-size operators scale towards institutional exit
Helping large investors build pipeline in sectors with attractive prospects
We set up MARC recognising unmet demand from institutions for quality, mid-size real asset investment opportunities; and an equal demand from mid-size real estate operators for advice and access to funding to take their businesses to the next level and ultimately to institutional exit.

MARC matches these operators with investors
Sectors
We focus on sectors supported by long term macro trends, with established institutional investor demand, and where we have access to sub-institutional scale SME operators.

Identify regen opportunities
-
Establish stakeholders' mutual benefit

Match funding
Work discreetly with long term holders of large, town centre assets with regeneration potential; we coordinate professionals to establish viability, planning and political risks; then dial in patient capital towards a mutually beneficial, deliverable scheme.
